Depois de 6 ou 7 longos meses de pesquisa, eu finalmente consegui fazer não só um mod, mais uns 3 ou 4 para o Kingdom Hearts 2.5 (PS3)
1° Baixe os Toolkits q vou deixar aqui:

A HashPairsHD.txt também: http://www.mediafire.com/file/vcfdjbz7jz21j76/HashPairsHD.txt/file
(Obs vem ja com o QuickBMS e o Sdata tools e gtf2dds tools)
Verifique se o index esta na pasta do Rom Hacking
Provavelmente quando vcs baixarem o toolkit vai vim com o index dentro, é so ignorar e deletar ele da pasta é importante que o index do seu Kingdom 2 esteja na pasta rom hacking, bom depois de deletar o index, pegue outro index, só que agora na pasta BLES02070\PS3_GAME\USRDIR\KH2Image do seu Kingdom Hearts 2.5. copie e cole na pasta do seu Rom Hacking
2° Execute o QuickBMS
3° Selecione o EXTRACTOR.txt
4° E por ultimo o MSELF do jogo
5° Selecione para salvar a pasta EXPORT1.
6° Feche o Programa e arraste a MSELF para o HasherHD - Extract 2.5HD MSELF.cmd
é so dar enter q ele vai descompactar o Jogo
Agora vcs vao ver q as pastas q geraram apos o descompact seram bem parecidas com a do KH2FM (PS2)

Escolhem: P_EX100.mdlx.sdat esse é o modelo do Sora
Se vcs forem ver eles tem a captografia SDATA V4 (SDAT) como corrigi-la?
É simples, só vc arrastar para o SDATA Dec.exe, ae é ele vai dropar um arquivo novo com o final dat, ae so renomear e excluir o nome dat, tem que ficar assim P_EX100.mdlx iguala do PS2,
O resto só descompactar com o QuickBMS e o KH 2.5 Archive.bms, ele ira jogar arquivos gtf, ae só mover para o gtf2dds.exe, ele ira dropar DDS para transforma-los em PNG é só entrar no site DDS TO PNG : https://www.aconvert.com/image/dds-to-png/
Ae é só editar com o Photoshop e pronto, para voltar o arquivo DDS, so entrar nesse site:
https://www.aconvert.com/image/png-to-dds/ Para Transformar os DDS para gtf so arrastar o DDS para o dds2gtf.exe, e pronto

Como acha-lo no Export1?
A pasta Export1 vem com todos os arquivos em codigos, para achar o especifico não é tão simples, mais voce precisa de sorte, Abra essa pasta, depois ponha como organizar essa pasta com tamanhos, não com nomes, tambem explico isso no video, primeiro, volte no arquivo original do jogo, no nosso caso é P_EX100.mdlx.sdat, veja o tamanho dele, depois, só voce procurar pelo tamanho dele nessa pasta, Mais eu sou bonzinho e vou deixar um download da HashPairsHD.txt, onde contem os codigos corretos do game, OBS ainda não terminei de fazer.
